This type of license is not given out anymore.
1. The NV company aims:
a. the trade in general, including the importing and exporting of, the buying and selling of, as well as the agency and commission selling of fresh, frozen and canned food products and specially fish products;
b. the operation of a market hall;
c. to obtain, posses, mortgage, transfer, manage and develop movable and immovable property, and other such, related with the above mentioned;
2. The NV company is competent to do everything that is useful or necessary, or is related in the broadest sense of the word, to reach its goal, including to participate in other enterprises and limited liability companies with a similar or related purpose.
